XP and Vista SPs available once again…for most

    Microsoft fakes out users with Vista SP1

    A mix up led some users to believe they would get their hands on Windows Vista Service Pack 1 last week. They didn’t. But Microsoft did put out a release candidate for another SP — WSUS 3.0.
