The release candidate for Microsoft’s hypervisor technology was issued this week, setting the stage for the company to become a major player in the virtualization market later this year. Also this week, Vista SP1 finally became a reality and some light was shed on the release date of Microsoft’s next desktop OS, Windows 7.
